Compensation and benefits
1、Working hours: Monday to Friday, employees work no more than 40 hours per week, and some job types work according to company regulations or implement flexible working hours.
1. Normal shift in the factory area:
(1) Production staff: 8:30-12:00 AM, 1:00-5:30 PM
(2) Other employees: 8:30-12:30 am, 1:30-17:30 pm
