Hello everyone!  

At this moment of bidding farewell to the old and welcoming the new, on behalf of the company's leadership team, I extend New Year's greetings to all employees! In the past year, we have gone through ups and downs together and written our own glorious chapter. In the new year, let's join hands and create a better future together!

      1、 Looking back on the past, grateful for growth

2023 is a crucial year for the development of our company. Against the backdrop of the complex and ever-changing global economic situation, we remain steadfast in our confidence, rise to challenges, and have achieved a series of remarkable results. We ranked first in the industry in terms of the total number of major project bids throughout the year, second in the industry in terms of the total number of batch bids for State Grid, and maintained the industry's first place in the total number of bids for the Southern Power Grid market. The total number of newly signed contracts for the year exceeded 1.1 billion, setting a new high in nearly a decade and the best record in history since 2012. At the same time, significant achievements have been made in market expansion, successfully opening up multiple new markets and adding new highlights to the company's business map. Here, I would like to thank every employee for their hard work and hard work. It is your sweat and wisdom that have converged into the magnificent force of the company's development.  

In the past year, we have made significant breakthroughs in product research and development, successfully launching a series of new products with market competitiveness, injecting a continuous stream of vitality into the company's sustainable development. The DC support capacitor we developed has been successfully installed on the State Grid and Southern Power Grid; We have once again won the "2022 Guangxi Science and Technology Progress Award", as well as multiple honors such as the "24th China Patent Excellence Award", "2023 National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise", "Excellent New Product Award of the 2nd Guangxi Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Award", and "Second Prize of the 2022 State Grid Corporation of China Science and Technology Progress Award"; Multiple technical projects have passed the appraisal and acceptance of major science and technology projects at the municipal and provincial levels. Our developed ± 1100kV DC capacitors for DC transmission projects have obtained the first major technical equipment certification in China, and have been applied for the first time in the world's highest voltage level DC transmission project, the Changji Guquan ± 1100kV Ultra High Voltage DC Project. We have been approved to establish a postdoctoral research workstation and form an SVG industrialization research and development project team. We have also introduced cutting-edge production equipment and professional technicians to upgrade our production line manufacturing capabilities, providing strong support for the sustainable development of the subsequent industrial chain.

        2、 Looking ahead to the future, join hands to create together

Standing at the starting point of the new journey in 2024, we must firmly grasp the historical opportunity and strive for the leapfrog development of the company with a more firm belief, more pragmatic style, and more fighting spirit.  

We should take the market as the guide, technology as the support, and value as the principle, continue to deepen reforms, expand investment, release production capacity, achieve multi-point growth, strengthen operations, and achieve "great leaps, great development, and great Guirong".  

Focusing on the growth of financial indicators, efficiency indicators, and capability indicators, we will focus on achieving breakthroughs in five aspects: market structure, financial control, operational management, corporate culture, and institutional management. Stabilize the existing market position, expand the market outside the power grid, and increase the sales scale of new products; Accelerate product research and development, and accelerate the cultivation of new technological forces; Strengthen the construction of the operation management system and improve the efficiency of the operation system; Strengthen quality awareness and establish the concept of "quality is the life of the enterprise"; Establish a system of institutional processes that are in line with scientific development, economies of scale, and reasonable control, and truly integrate corporate culture into daily work.  

In 2024, we will focus on completing the following nine key tasks:

High quality delivery: Continue to increase investment in automation equipment, improve production efficiency and product quality, create a smooth operational delivery system, involve all staff to reduce costs and increase efficiency, optimize distribution mechanisms, and enhance work cohesion.  

Accelerate market expansion: Strengthen market strategy research, implement refined management, deepen organizational construction and talent cultivation, do a good job in business chain collaboration, and connect industry, product, and regional nodes.  

R&D acceleration: Keeping up with industry trends and customer needs, accelerating, intensifying, and planning the research and development of star products, focusing on standardization, 3D, and innovation.  

Quality improvement: Reorganize the overall objectives of quality management, establish a complete quality management method, strengthen the implementation of "PDCA" quality management, and optimize the incentive mode for quality management personnel.  

Procurement upgrade: Collaborate to carry out full process supply chain management, establish a qualified supplier management system by classification, deeply refine the supply and marketing linkage work, accelerate business rotation and cross departmental job rotation.  

Developing Talents: Building Elite Projects and Creating Talent Teams; Establish job evaluations, optimize organizational and personnel structures, and strengthen talent incentive measures; Build a learning organization, create a positive organizational atmosphere, and promote harmonious development.  

Promote information construction: fully utilize the administrative network of the joint-stock company to achieve information exchange; Actively promote the renovation, upgrading, and secondary development of existing systems.  

Mechanism reshaping: optimize and streamline process systems, strictly enforce systems, and enhance work efficiency; Strengthen goal management, strengthen supervision and implementation, and ensure the achievement of goals.  

Corporate culture construction: Reshaping the spirit of corporate culture, increasing the promotion of corporate culture, and consolidating the positive energy of the enterprise. We believe that through continuous learning, innovation, and adaptation to change, enterprises will stand out in the fiercely competitive market, achieve more brilliant achievements, and usher in broader development prospects.
