The Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Guangxi Vocational and Technical College of Water Resources and Electric Power visited our company for an exchange on "visiting enterprises and expanding employment opportunities"

On October 18, 2023, Yang Qing, Secretary of the Party Branch of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Guangxi Water Resources and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as "Guangxi Hydroelectric College"), and a delegation of four people visited Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guirong Company") for an exchange and discussion on "visiting enterprises and expanding employment opportunities". Both sides will strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises, and jointly promote exchanges in talent cultivation, scientific research and innovation, and student employment. Li Gang, Deputy General Manager of Guirong Company, Long Yuping, Director of Enterprise Management and Human Resources Department, Yang Liangxi, Director of Procurement Management Department, Fang Yamei, Process Engineer, and some alumni representatives attended the symposium.

At the symposium, Vice General Manager Li Gang warmly welcomed the visit of the delegation from Guangxi University of Hydroelectric Power and expressed that Guangxi University of Hydroelectric Power has always provided comprehensive and excellent talents for Guirong Company. He hopes that in the future, the school and enterprises will continue to leverage their respective advantages in the field, promote the deep integration of the education chain and the industry chain through the promotion of "industry university research" cooperation, and achieve the effect of "1+1>2".  

Yang Qing, Secretary of the Party General Branch of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Guangxi University of Hydroelectric Power, first introduced the overall situation of the school's long history, talent cultivation, and discipline construction. He focused on the detailed introduction of the employment direction and situation of the 2024 and 2025 graduates, and expressed that in the future, school enterprise cooperation can be further strengthened to promote the employment of graduates. He hopes that both schools and enterprises can achieve complementary advantages and win-win development.  

Both parties stated that they will actively strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises in the future, promote joint progress between schools and enterprises, facilitate employment for graduates, assist local economic and social development, and achieve tripartite construction, win-win, and sharing.
