On January 12, 2024, Guilin Power Capacitor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guirong Company"), with the theme of "Great Integration, Great Leap, and Great Development", held its 2023 annual summary and commendation ceremony and 2024 Spring Festival annual meeting at the Shangri La Hotel in Guilin. At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Wang Yi, the general manager of the company, released the "Guirong Company 2023 Work Summary and 2024 Business Plan". Looking back on 2023, under the correct leadership of the company's board of directors, the management team led all employees to follow the company's long-term development strategy and annual business plan, closely focusing on the business policy of "seizing opportunities, expanding markets, stabilizing growth; new thinking, breaking bottlenecks, and promoting innovation", and fully achieving the annual business goals. In the new year, Guirong should not only focus on the current situation, but also look to the future. Under the premise of macro strategic planning, starting from the basic conditions, carefully examine the work, identify problems, analyze shortcomings, and gradually adjust and improve. To work efficiently with a brand new attitude, implement "great integration, great leap, and great development", and strive to write a new chapter for the rejuvenation of Guirong!

Next, the management team will lead all employees to effectively carry out relevant business work in accordance with the company's goals and requirements, strengthen their sense of responsibility, work hard, ensure that tasks are not reduced and goals remain unchanged, and make every effort to ensure the achievement of the company's business goals. Based on the annual core theme of the General Manager's work report, the company proposes a central task, five major tasks, and nine core tasks, which will be released and awarded in the form of a management team responsibility letter and a battle letter. At the meeting, the board of directors signed a 2024 target responsibility agreement with the management team; The general manager, as the issuer, issues a battle letter to the execution team, and the relevant execution team accepts the battle letter, insisting on speaking, writing, and implementing the content of the battle letter.

The heavy snow pressed down on the green pine trees, which stood tall and straight. In the face of difficulties in 2023, the people of Guirong are brave enough to become green pine trees, and many excellent teams and individuals have emerged on various fronts. At the meeting, the company commended the teams and individuals who have shown outstanding performance in 2023 and thanked them for their contributions to the company's development. During the meeting, Mr. Hu Dezhao, the chairman, gave an empowering presentation. He expressed sincere joy for the outstanding achievements of Guirong Company in 2023 and thanked all employees for their efforts and contributions. At the same time, it also proposed that in the Internet era, complex and changeable, we should upgrade and strengthen the resilience of Guirong, and build an organization that responds flexibly to the market. The fundamental purpose of planning is to solve the problems of how to live well and how to develop, so while doing well in oneself, we should also maintain everyone's ecosystem. The ecology of Baiyun is characterized by love, responsibility, struggle, learning, and prosperity for everyone. Each individual exerts their own drive, collaborates with each other, and calls for everyone to learn, in order to create and achieve personal, organizational, and ecological goals and visions. In the new year, I hope the people of Guirong can move forward with perseverance and create even more brilliant achievements!

Subsequently, Mr. Hu Mingsen, the founder and chairman of the shareholders' meeting of Baiyun, delivered a speech on behalf of the shareholders. While highly appreciating the business achievements of Guirong Company in 2023, he also hoped that Guirong people would closely focus on the theme of "big integration, deep roots, and strong execution" under the guidance of the big strategic policy of Baiyun, break boundaries, integrate from the heart, empower each other between the headquarters and subsidiaries, and expand the Baiyun stage. We demand to uphold integrity and innovation, be fast, efficient, and cost-effective, use mechanisms to build core competitiveness, and cultivate a new generation of iron warriors. We will closely focus on national strategies, grasp industry development trends, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the company, and strive to achieve high-quality development of the company.
